We have included the following infection control measures, as advised by the NSW Government, to ensure we do everything we can to protect our clients, staff, families and visitors across our services against COVID-19 and help prevent the spread of the virus.
Symptoms

The NSW Health advises the following as the best ways to practise good hygiene:
- cover your coughs/sneezes with your elbow or a tissue
- immediately discard used tissues into the bin
- clean your hands thoroughly and often with soap and water
- use alcohol-based hand sanitisers
- avoid touching your face
- frequently clean or disinfect used surfaces and objects (desks, doorknobs, phones and wallets)
- make adjustments to increase fresh air

Social distancing
The NSW Government has further introduced ‘social distancing’ (also known as physical distancing) as an effective measure to slow the spread of COVID-19. Where possible, avoid close contact with others and try to keep a distance of 1.5 metres.
