Transfer to Wesley ParentsNext
For parents already in the ParentsNext program
ParentsNext is delivered by a wide range of organisations on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business. There are multiple ParentsNext providers available in each region and you can see the full list on the JobSeach website. Each organisation delivers the program using their own approach. If you are not satisfied with the service offered by the ParentsNext provider that you were initially allocated to, you can request to transfer.
Your views about the assistance you receive are important. The Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business and your ParentsNext provider value any feedback you may have.
If you don’t think you are receiving the right help and would like to make a complaint, please talk to your ParentsNext provider first. Your ParentsNext provider will offer a fair feedback process and will try to resolve your concerns.
If you feel you can’t talk to your ParentsNext provider, or you are still not happy and wish to transfer, you can contact the Department of Jobs and Small Business' National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260 (free call from land lines) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

For parents who are not yet in the ParentsNext program
You are welcome to voluntarily participate in ParentsNext. Parents can self-refer to the Wesley ParentsNext program if you meet the eligibility criteria:
- your youngest child is aged between six months and six years of age
- you have received a parenting payment from Centrelink for the last six months
- you have not had paid work in the last six months.
