Pay my rent
Rent is due 14 days in advance, and must remain up-to-date to ensure you can stay in the property.
Paying your rent
You can pay your rent in a number of different ways:
- directly into our bank account through EFT
- directly into our bank account through the bank teller
Make sure you use the reference code provided to you – this will help us to identify your payment.
All tenants are required to make rent payments 14 days in advance, as well as any other amounts owing, as per your Agreement. Failure to do so will put your tenancy unfortunately at risk.
What if I can’t pay my rent?
If you’re struggling to pay rent, we want to help.
It’s important to speak with us at Wesley Community Housing before you fall into rent arrears – we can discuss a payment plan to get you back on track. Otherwise, we can link you with other Wesley Mission services to support you – like food hampers and financial counselling.
My household income has changed
Contact us within 21 days if there has been a change in your household income. We’ll conduct a rent review, and you’ll need to provide current income statements or pay slips for all household members over the age of 18 years.
If your rent has changed as a result of our rent review, you will be provided with a notification and Rent Calculation Report.
