How the program works

We provide wraparound support in your home wherever possible based on your individual care plan goal formulated on entry into program. This includes care from mental health professionals who provide practical support to help you better manage your psycho-social issues and develop your parenting skills.

Community in-home

You will stay in your own home and local community and staff will support you through scheduled face to face visits, video-conferencing or telephone contact.

Residential: Non-acute short stay (6–12 weeks)

You will live onsite with your children in a three bedroom furnished apartment where you are able to attend individual or group sessions on site as well as other identified community links.

On both of these routes you will receive services such as:

  • psychological therapies
  • parenting support
  • mental health nursing
  • additional specialist services to meet your family’s needs.
