Event booking and delivery process

We want to help make your event a success. That is why we have developed a step-by-step process to support and guide you through each stage of your event planning and execution. Our committed team will ensure your event is delivered with your specific needs in mind.

Enquiry stage 

The Sales Team will work with you to understand your desired event outcomes and recommend the most suitable Wesley Conference Centre room based on your objectives. An event proposal will be prepared for you outlining the options and tailored solutions available based on your unique requirements. Once the booking is confirmed, we will introduce you to your Event Management Team.

Planning stage 

Your Event Management Team will work with you to develop and manage your event, including creating timelines, designing room layouts, customising menus and coordinating logistics. With your objectives in mind, we will develop a tailored event experience that ensures you and your attendees enjoy a smooth, well-run event.

Event delivery 

From seven days prior to your event, we will begin finalising all the important last-minute details. We’ll ensure you are kept up-to-date with progress and have all the information you need prior to event day. Your event will be delivered seamlessly by our experienced and attentive team, overseen by your Service Delivery Manager for the event’s duration.

Debrief stage 

After the completion of your successful event, we will take some time with you to review your experience to see what worked most effectively and ways we can better achieve your objectives for future events.
