#NationalVolunteerWeek during COVID-19
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation and we recognise that without them the crucial work of building better lives for vulnerable people wouldn’t be possible.
During this pandemic, we have made some changes to some of our volunteer roles to make sure everyone is safe and we are following Government guidelines. COVID-19 has also presented some new volunteer opportunities that can make a real difference to those we serve, and to those in need, within our community.
Ways you can volunteer safely this #NationalVolunteersWeek and during COVID-19:
The need to keep people connected whilst isolated is greater than ever. We’re looking for volunteers who can connect with our clients and residents through regular phone calls, video chats and even an old-fashioned letter.
