Wesley Impact! TV: Finding strength in weakness

In this week's episode of Wesley Impact! TV, you’ll be strengthened and encouraged as the Rev Keith Garner invites you to come before the throne of God and let His power transform your life. You’ll also hear the surprising way God is using Australia’s strongest man to take the love of Christ beyond church walls and inspire young children facing challenges. Plus, singer Elizabeth Rae is joined by the Wesley Impact! band as she performs an uplifting version of “Who You Say I Am” by Hillsong Worship.

Interview: Eddie Williams

He’s pulled an eight-ton tank with his bare hands, sung at over 500 weddings, and overcome enormous obstacles to become a Guinness World Record Holder. But for this week’s guest, Eddie Williams, there’s nothing better than being a role model and leader for children facing challenges, encouraging them “to be themselves, be who God's called them to be”. As Rev Keith Garner interviews Eddie, you’ll discover the surprising way that physical strength and spiritual softness have worked hand-in-hand throughout his life to speak powerfully into the lives of young people. As Eddie said, “I feel like God's given me that superhuman strength to be able to tell a story, or to be able to speak to people who wouldn't normally speak to you”.

Keith's message: The power of God's Word

Rev Keith Garner brings us the second message in his thought-provoking series on the book of Hebrews. He reminds us that the Word of God is more powerful than we can imagine, and encourages us to let it change and shape our lives. He also invites us to be open and honest before God who knows our weaknesses and failings, and yet in His love, invites us to come before His throne with confidence knowing He has the strength and willingness to forgive and to heal.
